As a Physical Therapist , you will play a vital role in helping our residents regain independence and achieve their highest level of physical function.

As a Physical Therapist , your primary responsibilities will include:

• Evaluating and treating residents with various physical limitations and disabilities • Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal outcomes • Conducting therapy sessions in a safe and supportive environment • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care • Maintaining accurate records and documenting resident progress • Physical Therapist duties may also include facilitating resident transfers, using assistive devices, and performing other physical activities to support resident care
