Overview
- مركز برايت سمايل الطبي يعلن عن حاجته لصيدلي أو صيدلانية من ذوي الخبرة لإدارة صيدلية أكبر منشأة طبية وتجميلية متكاملة في مدينة العين، تعمل على مدار الساعة ٢٤/٧، وتضم ٢٧ طبيباً وأخصائياً بدوام كامل في تخصصات متعددة تشمل طب الأسنان والتجميل والجلدية والليزر وجميع الإجراءات التجميلية الطبية.
- المتطلبات:
- صيدلي/ة مرخص/ة من هيئة الصحة - أبوظبي (DOH)
- إجادة اللغة العربية تحدثاً وكتابة شرط أساسي، مع إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية
- خبرة عملية في إدارة الصيدليات ومهارات متميزة في المبيعات والتسويق الدوائي
- القدرة والرغبة في التعاون المباشر مع جميع أطباء وأخصائيي المركز لتلبية احتياجات المرضى وتعزيز مبيعات الصيدلية
- شخصية نشيطة وإيجابية ومتحمسة للعمل ضمن فريق سريع النمو.
- الراتب والحوافز:
- يتضمن العرض الوظيفي راتباً أساسياً مجزياً بالإضافة إلى حوافز شهرية مبنية على نسبة من صافي مبيعات الصيدلية، مما يتيح للصيدلي المتميز تحقيق دخل استثنائي بلا حدود.
