Requirements
- Active Illinois Property & Casualty Insurance license.
- Active Illinois Life & Health Insurance license.
- Previous experience in insurance sales or a client-facing service role is preferred.
- Strong comfort level with computers and navigating multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with families and business owners to help protect their future.
- Review current policies with existing clients to ensure their coverage matches their life changes and evolving needs.
- Guide prospective clients through our suite of insurance products to find the right fit for their specific situations.
- Organize and manage your daily calendar to provide consistent follow-ups and support to those who rely on us.
- Collaborate with the agency owner to reach office goals while maintaining the high service standards COUNTRY Financial is known for.
