Requirements
- Active California Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Three or more years of experience in personal lines insurance sales.
- Ability to communicate complex coverage concepts in clear, everyday language.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough consultations to identify gaps in coverage and provide tailored protection solutions.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of new business through active outreach and professional referrals.
- Prepare and present detailed insurance proposals to prospective clients with transparency and care.
- Collaborate with our service team to maintain high levels of client retention and satisfaction.
- Keep abreast of carrier underwriting guidelines and market changes to offer the most accurate advice.
