We are seeking an experienced HR trainer, consultant, or training company in Qatar interested in becoming an authorized LHRC (Lead HR Consultancy) Training Partner.
This affiliation opportunity is designed for professionals and organizations looking to expand their training portfolio by delivering the LHRC program within the Qatari market.
Selected partners will have the opportunity to market, facilitate, and deliver the training independently under an agreed partnership framework.

Role Description
This is a freelance, part-time, remote role for an LHRC Lead HR Consultancy Trainer.
The selected candidate will provide training sessions tailored to meet the needs of HR professionals and organizations.
Responsibilities include facilitating LHRC workshops and collaborating with clients on customized consultancy solutions.
The candidate will play a pivotal role in fostering skill development, improving HR practices, and creating innovative strategies to empower human resources teams.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Training & Development and delivering engaging training sessions (minimum 3 years of experience)
- Strong expertise in Human Resources (HR) workshops, practices, and principles
- Exceptional Communication skills for effectively conveying ideas and facilitating discussions
- Experience and ability in Training and Coaching individuals and groups
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated ability to adapt training methodologies to diverse audiences
- Prior experience in HR consulting or similar roles is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
