LEVY | Senior Manager - Event

Lead the planning and execution of large-scale corporate, sporting, entertainment and special events.

Manage client relationships from initial briefing through to post-event review.

Develop detailed event plans, operational run sheets and staffing strategies.

Collaborate with culinary, operations and venue teams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Drive commercial performance through effective budget management, forecasting and cost control.

Lead, coach and inspire event teams to deliver exceptional service standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.

Analyse event performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, venue partners and suppliers.

You are a highly organised and customer-focused hospitality leader who excels at managing multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.

Previous experience in a Senior Event Manager, Event Operations Manager or similar leadership role.

Experience managing premium hospitality, large-scale events, stadium, convention centre or venue operations.

Strong stakeholder and client relationship management skills.

Proven ability to manage budgets, forecasting and commercial outcomes.

Exceptional leadership, communication and people management capabilities.

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends and public holidays as required.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
