Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Lawyer to work on a contractor basis.

The selected candidate will apply their expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

This role requires domain knowledge in law, particularly in areas such as corporate law, intellectual property, litigation, contract law, and regulatory law.

Our client is a leader in the development of frontier AI models, utilizing real-world expertise to improve model performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze, review, and annotate a wide range of legal documents and materials to provide expert input for AI training.
  • Evaluate and validate legal content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Provide high-quality, real-world input to train AI systems that can learn, reason, and perform across various domains.
  • Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to ensure effective communication and project outcomes.
  • Utilize expertise in legal technology, natural language processing, and teamwork to contribute directly to AI system development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to review and annotate complex legal documents and materials.
  • Expertise in legal analysis, legal drafting, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams.
  • Familiarity with legal technology, including natural language processing, and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
  • Domain expertise in legal specialties, such as corporate law, intellectual property, litigation, contract law, and regulatory law.
