Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Expert to review and provide guidance on legal documentation and compliance requirements.

The role involves ensuring alignment with relevant laws and regulations while supporting operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review contracts, agreements, and legal documents to identify risks and ensure compliance.
  • Provide clear and actionable legal advice to stakeholders on regulatory and contractual matters.
  • Draft and revise legal documents, including terms of service, privacy policies, and disclaimers.
  • Assess potential legal implications of business decisions and propose mitigations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns in product development and operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in contract review, drafting, and compliance assessment.
  • Knowledge of data protection laws, intellectual property, and corporate governance.
  • Ability to interpret legal terminology and translate it into practical guidance.
  • Familiarity with industry-specific regulations and standards.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical reasoning.
