Key Responsibilities:

1. Administrative & Secretarial Support

  • Provide administrative assistance to lawyers within the team
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
  • Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
  • Maintain and organize physical and electronic filing systems

2. Client & Transaction Coordination

  • Liaise with clients
  • Coordinate document submissions and follow-ups
  • Support lawyers during corporate transactions, including due diligence processes
  • Arrange notarization, legalization, and attestation of documents

3. Compliance & Record Keeping

  • Maintain corporate records, registers, and statutory documents
  • Track deadlines, renewals, and regulatory filings
  • Assist with company incorporations, amendments, and license renewals

4. Billing & Administrative Tracking

  • Assist in time entry, billing, and expense tracking
  • Maintain records of invoices and follow up on payments where required

5. General Support

  • Assist in onboarding new clients and opening files
  • Ensure confidentiality of all legal and client information

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Law, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in a law firm
  • Strong knowledge of legal documentation and corporate processes
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
