We are looking for an experienced, commercially minded Legal Researcher who will have oversight and responsibility for legal matters relating to our clients.
Responsibilities
- **Courts Systems deep knowledge :**
- · Extensive knowledge of all UAE court systems, including Abu Dhabi courts, Dubai courts, RDC (Rental Dispute Center), public prosecution, Ministry of Justice (MOJ) systems, and Rak courts.
- · Follow-up on cases from registration through to verdict issuance.
- **Judgment Execution:**
- · Registering judgments for execution.
- · Effectively monitoring the implementation of judgments.
- **Contract Management:**
- · Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating all types of contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with UAE laws.
- · Drafting responsive memorandum for commercial and rental claims.
- · Attending rental court sessions and drafting necessary agreements.
- **Representation and Client Communication:**
- · Representing clients in legal proceedings.
- · Updating files and communicating with clients.
- · Attending expert meetings and representing clients' interests effectively.
- **Legal Evaluation and Research:**
- · Evaluating, analyzing, and researching all client legal matters.
- · Providing relevant solutions in the client's best interest.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of law
- 2– 4 years at least of experience in legal firms in UAE
- UAE driving license is a must , Car owner is preferred.
- Strong Negotiation skills.
- Full proficiency in Arabic & English
- Preferred candidates who can join immediately.
- Working knowledge of MS Office and database
