Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on regulatory, compliance, and industry-specific topics.
• Support the legal team in preparing materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Help maintain legal databases and document management systems.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to understand business needs and legal implications.
• Assist with compliance tracking and reporting activities.
• Contribute to special projects related to corporate governance, intellectual property, or data privacy.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree with a focus in Pre-Law, Political Science, Business, or enrolled in law school.
• Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with legal research tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Interest in corporate law, technology law, or regulatory compliance.
