As we expand, we are seeking an experienced **Legal Education Consultant** to advise on legal matters related to education, compliance, and institutional governance.
Role Overview
We are looking for a **Legal Education Consultant** to provide expert guidance on education law, regulatory compliance, and policy development.
This role requires expertise in Qatari education regulations, international standards, and the ability to deliver practical solutions to complex legal challenges in the academic sector.
You will be responsible for ensuring that Shiraz School LLC operates within legal frameworks while supporting its mission of educational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on education law, compliance, and institutional governance.
- Draft, review, and update policies, contracts, and agreements related to academic operations.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari education regulations and international standards.
- Advise on student rights, faculty contracts, and institutional policies.
- Collaborate with school leadership to support strategic initiatives.
- Monitor changes in education legislation and provide timely updates.
- Support risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
- Prepare reports and provide legal insights to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Licensed to practice law in Qatar or another recognized jurisdiction.
- 5–8 years of experience in education law, compliance, or corporate legal advisory.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari education frameworks and international academic standards.
- Proven track record of managing legal and compliance matters in the education sector.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, academic environment.
