Role overview
Senior-level legal role supporting an organisation in defence and advanced manufacturing in Saudi Arabia.
The role focuses on international trade controls and supports international operations and strategic growth.
Responsibilities
- Advise on export controls, economic sanctions, customs, import/export regulations, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Support international operations and strategic growth initiatives.
- Help ensure compliance with evolving global trade regulations.
Experience and qualifications
- Significant experience advising on international trade controls, export controls, sanctions, and related regulatory matters.
- Experience in defence, aerospace, or advanced manufacturing is ideal.
- Experience with US, UK, EU, and other international trade control regimes is highly advantageous.
- A minimum of 10 years’ post-qualification experience is ideal; UK- or US-qualified lawyers are particularly encouraged to apply.
