About This Role
يعلن مكتب الثقة لأعمال المحاماة عن رغبته في تعيين مستشار قانوني ذو خبرة في حوكمة الشركات لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في قطر، يتمتع بكفاءة عالية في تقديم الاستشارات القانونية ومتابعة القضايا وصياغة العقود، وذلك وفقًا للقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في دولة قطر .

المهام الوظيفية:
- تقديم الاستشارات القانونية للعملاء في مختلف فروع القانون.
- دراسة وتحليل القضايا وإبداء الرأي القانوني المناسب.
- صياغة ومراجعة العقود والاتفاقيات والمذكرات القانونية.
- إعداد اللوائح والمذكرات والطعون القانونية.
- متابعة القضايا أمام المحاكم والجهات القضائية وشبه القضائية.
- ضمان التزام المكتب والعملاء بالقوانين والأنظمة القطرية.
- تقديم الدعم القانوني للإدارة والمشاركة في اتخاذ القرار القانوني.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- جنسية مصرية .
- السن يتراوح بين 40 و 50 سنة .
- خبرة في حضور المحاكم .
- شهادة جامعية في القانون.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في مجال المحاماة أو الاستشارات القانونية.
- معرفة ممتازة بالقوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في دولة قطر.
- خبرة مثبتة في العمل لدى مكاتب محاماة.
- مهارات عالية في الصياغة والتحليل القانوني.
- القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وإدارة عدة ملفات في آن واحد.
- الالتزام بالسرية والمهنية العالية.
