As we expand, we are seeking an experienced **Legal Consultant** to provide expert guidance on corporate and commercial legal matters.
Role Overview
We are looking for a **Legal Consultant** to advise on contracts, governance, and regulatory compliance.
This role requires expertise in Qatari law, regional business regulations, and the ability to deliver practical solutions to complex legal challenges.
You will be responsible for ensuring that ASAP MENA LLC and its clients operate within legal frameworks while achieving their strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with Qatari laws and international business standards.
- Advise on corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Collaborate with clients to deliver tailored legal solutions.
- Monitor changes in legislation and provide timely updates to management.
- Support risk management and dispute resolution strategies.
- Prepare reports and provide legal insights to senior leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
- Licensed to practice law in Qatar or another recognized jurisdiction.
- 7–10 years of experience in corporate or commercial law, preferably in consulting or advisory firms.
- Strong knowledge of Qatari legal frameworks and international corporate law.
- Proven track record of managing complex legal matters successfully.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.

Pay: Up to QAR33,000.00 per month
