Role overview
One Ten Associates is partnering with a leading international law firm to appoint an Associate and/or Senior Associate to its growing UAE funds practice.
The opportunity involves sophisticated fund structures, international clients, and significant institutional investors.
The role
- Advise on the establishment and structuring of investment funds, including in the DIFC and ADGM.
- Handle associated regulatory and transactional requirements.
- Negotiate fund documentation and side letters with institutional investors, including sovereign wealth funds.
Experience sought
- 2–6 years of post-qualification experience in an established investment funds practice.
- Solid UAE funds experience, including setting up funds in both the DIFC and ADGM, is ideal but not essential.
- Transactional experience, including side letters and negotiations with institutional investors and sovereign wealth funds.
- UAE, UK, Luxembourg and/or Irish funds regulatory experience, and/or experience advising on regulated or public funds.
- Luxembourg experience is particularly valuable given work involving onshore UAE funds and regulated fund structures.
Location and applications
