This role will act as the main legal point of contact in Saudi Arabia, handling litigation matters, overseeing contracts, and ensuring compliance with local regulations while coordinating with our global legal team based in Switzerlan

- ed.Manage litigation cases and work on dispute resolution and settlemen
- ts.Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements in line with Saudi regulations and company standar
- ds.Ensure ongoing compliance with Saudi regulatory authorities, including ZATKA, MOC, MISA, and other applicable bodi
- es.Advise management on corporate, commercial, and labor law matte
- rs.Coordinate local legal matters with the global legal functi

Candidate Pro
- fileLicensed Saudi Lawyer with a valid Ministry of Justice lice
- nse.5-7 years of experience in corporate and commercial law with litigation exposure in Saudi Ara
- bia.Strong knowledge of Companies Law, Civil Transactions Law, and Saudi Labor
