Role Overview

We are hiring for one of our clients, seeking a Legal Expert to work on a contract (part-time) basis.

In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems, shaping how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input.

Your domain knowledge in commercial contracts, employment law, structured finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions will be critical in ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review, analyze, and redline commercial contracts to ensure accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and business objectives.
  • Provide expert input on matters relating to employment law, structured finance, private equity, and mergers and acquisitions.
  • Evaluate and advise on SaaS Master Service Agreements (MSAs) to identify areas of risk and recommend improvements.
  • Interpret complex regulatory requirements and shape guidelines for compliance within evolving legal landscapes.
  • Assess and provide recommendations on data privacy and regulatory compliance issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in commercial contracts, employment law, and structured finance.
  • Proficiency in drafting and reviewing contracts, including MSAs and commercial agreements.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with AI and ML concepts, and the ability to apply domain expertise to train next-generation AI systems.
