As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking passionate and experienced lecturers to join our academic team.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver lectures, tutorials, workshops, and academic support sessions to students.
- Prepare lesson plans, learning materials, and assessment activities.
- Assess student assignments and provide constructive feedback in accordance with awarding body requirements.
- Support students in achieving academic excellence and successful programme completion.
- Maintain accurate academic records and learner progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with Ofqual and awarding body quality standards.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic meetings, and quality assurance activities.
- Contribute to student engagement, retention, and overall academic success.
Requirements
- Master's degree or higher in Business, Hospitality Management, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Previous teaching experience in higher education, vocational education, or professional qualifications.
- Experience delivering Ofqual Regulated Qualifications is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation, communication, and learner support skills.
- Industry experience in the relevant field will be an advantage.
- Ability to teach in a multicultural and international learning environment.
