Role Description

We are seeking a Leather Purse and Shoe Repair Technician for a full-time, on-site position based in Ajman. The role involves repairing and maintaining leather purses, shoes, and accessories to ensure top-quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include assessing damage, selecting appropriate repair techniques, using specialized equipment for repair and restoration, and ensuring all work meets Zoke Jewels' high-quality standards. The technician will also handle troubleshooting issues and provide recommendations for optimal care to clients.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Equipment Maintenance and Appliance Repair to effectively restore leather goods.
• Skilled in Troubleshooting to assess and resolve repair challenges efficiently.
• Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and the ability to ensure high-quality results that align with client expectations.
• Excellent Communication abilities to correspond with clients and provide care advice for their leather products.
• Prior experience in leather repair or craftsmanship is highly preferred.
