We are looking for an experienced

to support our expansion strategy by identifying high-potential retail locations and securing the best commercial leasing opportunities.

Conduct regular field visits to identify suitable retail spaces and strategic locations.
Evaluate potential sites based on demographics, traffic flow, purchasing power, and competitor presence.
Negotiate lease terms with landlords and property management companies to secure favorable rental rates and fit-out grace periods.
Review property documentation, including ownership deeds and building permits, to ensure compliance and avoid licensing issues.
Coordinate with the Legal Department to review lease agreements and oversee contract execution through the relevant digital platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and key stakeholders.

3–5 years of experience in commercial leasing, retail expansion, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the local market and geographic landscape.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to conduct extensive fieldwork and site assessments.
Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and market potential.
