The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting clients in finding suitable rental properties, handling inquiries, negotiating lease terms, and ensuring a smooth rental process from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries regarding available rental properties.
Conduct property viewings and provide accurate details about the location, pricing, and amenities.
Build and maintain relationships with property owners and tenants.
Prepare and process rental applications, lease agreements, and other necessary documentation.
Follow up with clients and landlords to ensure timely lease renewals and rent payments.
Stay updated with current rental market trends and property values.
Collaborate with the sales and property management team to maximize occupancy rates.
