Location and schedule

• The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and is full-time and on-site.

Key responsibilities

• Market and promote residential and commercial rental properties; respond to tenant inquiries and recommend suitable options.
• Generate leads, build a client network, conduct property viewings, and coordinate meetings.
• Manage leasing from inquiry through tenancy completion; negotiate rental terms and assist with closing transactions.
• Prepare and review tenancy agreements; maintain client and transaction records using the company CRM.
• Follow UAE real estate regulations and company policies, monitor market trends and rental values, and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

• Previous experience in real estate leasing, property management, or a similar role is preferred; related leasing or property consultant experience is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills; strong sales ability and a target-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requirements.
• Abu Dhabi real estate market knowledge is preferred; a valid UAE driving licence is an advantage.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and relevant software applications; English proficiency is required and Arabic is an advantage.

Compensation and benefits

• Basic salary is AED 2,000–3,000 per month, with commission of 15% on internal and 20% on external property closings.
