Leasing Manager - Residential & Commercial

Key Responsibilities

• **Leasing Operations:** Manage all aspects of leasing for residential and commercial properties, including marketing, tenant screenings, and lease negotiations.
• **Team Leadership:** Lead and mentor the leasing team, providing guidance and support to achieve performance targets and team incentives.
• **Tenant Relations:** Build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• **Market Analysis:** Conduct market research to set competitive rental rates and adjust leasing strategies accordingly.
• **Financial Management:** Oversee budget management, ensure timely rent collection, and manage expenses related to leasing operations.
• **Compliance:** Ensure compliance with local regulations related to leasing and landlord/tenant rights.
• **Reporting:** Generate regular reports on leasing performance, occupancy rates, and market trends for management review.
• **Conducting Open Houses**: Organizing and hosting open house events to showcase available properties and attract potential tenants and landlords.
• **Tenant Retention Strategies**: Developing and implementing strategies to retain tenants and reduce turnover.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leasing or property management, preferably in both residential and commercial sectors.
• RERA Certification
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Knowledge of leasing regulations and market trends.
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft office suite.
