Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site "Leasing Manager - Residential & Commercial" role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The Leasing Manager will oversee the full leasing cycle, including marketing available units, handling leasing team, conducting property viewings, responding to inquiries, and negotiating lease terms in line with company guidelines and local regulations.
The role involves preparing and reviewing lease documentation, coordinating move-ins and move-outs, and ensuring accurate lease administration and records.
The Leasing Manager will monitor market conditions, rental rates, and competitor offerings to optimize pricing and occupancy.
Additional responsibilities include supporting resident retention initiatives, collaborating with property management and maintenance teams to resolve tenant issues, and preparing regular leasing and occupancy reports for management.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in managing leases, including negotiating lease terms, preparing agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Experience in lease administration and property management, with the ability to maintain accurate records and coordinate with on-site teams.
- Ability to conduct market research to analyze rental trends, competitor offerings, and demand to support pricing and leasing strategies.
- Skills in resident retention, including building positive tenant relationships, addressing concerns promptly, and supporting renewal strategies.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the Dubai real estate market and RERA regulations is highly desirable.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Proficiency with property management or CRM software and standard office applications.
- Fluency in English required; additional language skills are an advantage.
