As we expand our leasing division across the UAE, we are seeking an ambitious Leasing Sales Manager to drive customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, and commercial growth.
The Role
We are looking for a results-driven Leasing Sales Manager to lead business development and key account management for our electric vehicle leasing portfolio.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in expanding our customer base, managing strategic accounts, and delivering sustainable revenue growth across commercial EV fleets.
This role offers the opportunity to be part of the region's transition towards sustainable mobility while working with innovative products and technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with key leasing customers across the UAE.
- Drive leasing sales growth for electric commercial vehicles, including 2-wheelers and 4-wheelers.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through CRM and regular performance tracking.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities and fleet partnerships.
- Engage with key decision-makers and stakeholders within customer organizations.
- Prepare and execute account growth plans to maximize customer value and retention.
- Conduct commercial negotiations, pricing discussions, and contract finalization.
- Support customers with Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analysis and EV transition strategies.
- Collaborate with ecosystem partners to cross-sell fleet technology and mobility solutions.
- Monitor industry trends, market developments, and competitive activities.
- Contribute to annual business planning, forecasting, and budgeting processes.
- Ensure exceptional customer experience while maintaining profitability objectives.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive leasing, fleet sales, or commercial vehicle sales.
- Strong understanding of leasing structures, commercial contracts, and fleet operations.
- Experience in electric mobility, automotive, transportation, or fleet management is highly desirable.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing strategic customer relationships.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and commercial acumen.
- Ability to analyze financials, customer business cases, and profitability metrics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
