Job Description:
OIA Properties is seeking an experienced and motivated Leasing Manager to join our growing real estate team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing leasing operations, managing a team, and driving occupancy and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the leasing team and daily operations
- Develop and implement effective leasing strategies
- Handle client inquiries and negotiate lease agreements
- Maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and developers
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Ensure all leasing activities comply with UAE real estate regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in real estate leasing (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Target-driven with a strong sales mindset
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market and regulations
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
