Leasing Executive

Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Source and generate new leasing leads through networking, prospecting, referrals, and market research.
• Convert enquiries into signed lease agreements and maintain high occupancy levels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
• Conduct site visits and presentations to potential tenants.
• Negotiate lease terms and prepare leasing documentation.
• Liaise professionally with stakeholders at all levels, including tenants, landlords, suppliers, and management.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, leases, payments, and tenant information.
• Assist with administrative tasks, including the preparation of cheques, contracts, and related documentation.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to attract suitable retailers and operators.

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, leasing, business development, or commercial property leasing.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own transport preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
• Professional appearance and ability to represent the company positively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
