Role overview
Manage the end-to-end leasing process, maximize occupancy, and provide service to prospective and existing tenants.

Key responsibilities
- Conduct property viewings and explain features, amenities, and community benefits.
- Respond to inquiries by phone, email, and property portals such as Property Finder, Bayut, and Dubizzle.
- Negotiate lease terms, rental prices, and payment structures within company policies and market standards.
- Prepare and manage lease agreements, Ejari registrations, renewals, and cancellation paperwork.
- Support tenants through onboarding and move-in.
- Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand to recommend leasing strategies.
- Maintain accurate leasing, viewing, and pipeline records in the company CRM.
Requirements and qualifications
- 3–5 years of UAE experience as a Leasing Executive or Real Estate Agent.
- Knowledge of UAE real estate laws, leasing procedures, and Ejari systems.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills; proficiency with real estate CRMs and major UAE property portals.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Arabic or other languages are an advantage.
- A valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle are described as highly preferred/required for viewings; mandatory status is unclear.
