We are seeking a proactive and organized Leasing Coordinator to manage leasing inquiries, support tenant relations, prepare leasing documentation, and coordinate property-related administrative tasks.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle leasing inquiries and communicate with prospective tenants.
- Coordinate property viewings and follow up with clients.
- Prepare, process, and maintain lease agreements and related documents.
- Maintain accurate tenant records and property databases.
- Assist with lease renewals and tenancy documentation.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth leasing operations.
- Respond to tenant inquiries and provide administrative support.
- Generate leasing reports and maintain filing systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Detail-oriented with good record-keeping skills.
- Prior experience in leasing, property management, or customer service is an advantage.
- Knowledge of UAE leasing regulations is preferred.
