• Monday-Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (rotating schedule with your team)
• Sundays: Closed
• What You'll Do
• As a Leasing Consultant, you'll be the face of our community and play an important role in helping people find a place they'll love to call home.
• In this role, you'll:
• Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours
• Build relationships with current and future residents
• Help guide applicants through the leasing process
• Follow up with prospects and provide exceptional customer service
• Assist with resident events and community marketing initiatives
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks
• Work with your team to achieve leasing and customer service goals
• No two days are exactly alike, making this a fun, fast-paced, and rewarding career.
• Who We're Looking For
• You don't need leasing experience—but you do need the right attitude.
• You'll be successful if you are:
• Friendly, outgoing, and enjoy meeting new people

• A strong communicator, both in person and in writing

• What to Expect
• This is an active, people-first role—not a desk job.
• You'll spend your days:
• Touring apartments and walking the community
• Inspecting homes before move-in
• Meeting with residents and prospective residents
• Working both indoors and outdoors
• Collaborating with a high-performing team
• Occasionally assisting with resident events or weather-related community needs
