Job Title: Leasing and Tenant Coordinator

Job Summary

The Leasing and Tenant Coordinator is responsible for supporting leasing operations and maintaining positive relationships with tenants. This role coordinates leasing activities, manages tenant communications, and ensures lease documentation and records are accurate and up to date. The position serves as a key liaison between property management, leasing agents, tenants, and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Leasing Coordination

• Assist with marketing and leasing of available units, including scheduling and conducting property tours
• Coordinate lease applications, approvals, and move-in/move-out processes
• Prepare, track, and maintain lease agreements, renewals, amendments, and related documentation
• Monitor lease expirations and support renewal efforts

Tenant Relations

• Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries and requests
• Coordinate responses to tenant concerns and follow up to ensure timely resolution
• Support tenant onboarding, including welcome packages and orientation information
• Maintain positive relationships to promote tenant satisfaction and retention

Administrative & Operational Support

• Maintain accurate tenant records, lease files, and databases.
• Generate leasing and occupancy reports as needed.
• Coordinate with property management, maintenance teams, and vendors regarding tenant needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable leasing regulations.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in leasing, property management, or real estate in the UAE
• Understanding of UAE real estate market practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
