The Role
Own a specialist community by building landlord relationships, sourcing a personal property portfolio, and supporting tenants throughout their search.
Lease directly from the existing Property Management portfolio and work with the Property Management team to keep vacant units moving.
What You'll Do
- Prospect landlords daily and build a personal portfolio of properties.
- Lease available properties within the Property Management portfolio.
- Work with the Property Management team to identify available and upcoming units.
- Develop deep knowledge of community pricing, availability, and trends.
- Generate and manage landlord and tenant opportunities.
- Advise landlords on market conditions and rental pricing.
- Conduct viewings and guide tenants through their search.
- Negotiate offers and manage transactions end to end.
- Build long-term landlord relationships for repeat and referral business.
- Maintain accurate CRM records.
What We're Looking For
- Ambitious, proactive, and results-focused approach.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confidence prospecting and generating new business.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Previous Dubai real estate, leasing, or sales experience is a plus.
- UAE driving license is preferred.
