Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Leasing Agent position located in Ajman, United Arab Emirates.
The Leasing Agent will be responsible for managing and coordinating the leasing of residential and commercial properties.
Key responsibilities
include conducting property tours, handling lease agreements, providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, and maintaining accurate lease records and reports.
The role also involves supporting the property management team to ensure an excellent tenant experience while achieving occupancy targets.
Qualifications
- Experience in leases and lease administration
- Knowledge of property management and residential leasing
- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to address tenant needs
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in an on-site environment in Ajman, UAE
- Previous experience in real estate or leasing roles preferred
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for managing lease and property records
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or a related field preferred
