Leasing, Accounts & Admin Executive

About This Role

We are seeking a competent and detail-oriented Leasing, Accounts & Administrative Executive to support our real estate operations in compliance with UAE regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and issue tenancy renewal notices in accordance with UAE real estate regulations
• Coordinate with tenants and property owners for lease renewals and related documentation
• Collect leasing management fees and renewal fees as per company policy
• Assist in maintaining owners’ accounts and financial records
• Track rental income, service charges, and related payments
• Ensure accurate bookkeeping and reporting
• Follow up with developers regarding pending collections and payments
• Perform day-to-day administrative functions efficiently
• Maintain organized filing systems in line with company and audit requirements
• Act as a liaison between tenants, landlords, developers, and internal teams
• Ensure all communications are professional and documented

Requirements:

• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in leasing, property management, accounts, or administration in UAE
• Experience in a UAE-based real estate or property management company
• Familiarity with UAE real estate regulations and processes
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of tenancy laws and rental procedures in the UAE

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
