• Additional platform-specific training (100 hours or less).

• Minimum 3 years in complex support centre/help desk/call centre environment.
• Strong client service, organization, communication and technical skills.
• Knowledge of MS365, Learning Management System, EdTech tools, Banner/Destiny One and data tools.
