EXPERIENCE

  • Three years of experience in learning and/or training and facilitation to include one or more of the following: Design and delivery of instructor-led training (live and/or virtual); Leading staff and/or leadership development and professional skills training; Evaluating training effectiveness through surveys, assessments, and performance metrics
  • Preferred Experience:

  • PHYSICAL DEMANDS
  • Position requires lifting of 20 pounds maximum, with frequent lifting and/or carrying of objects weighing up to 10 pounds, and significant periods of standing.
  • Occasional minor discomforts from continual exposure to video display terminal.
  • Within the bounds of their respective job descriptions, all staff are expected to exercise principle-centered leadership, focused on customer service responsiveness, with continuous quality improvement orientation. Additionally, all staff are expected to develop a working knowledge of and follow all policies and procedures related to safety management and other Joint Commission standards.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in organizational development (OD), Adult Learning, Instructional Design; Workforce Education and Development, Communications, or related field
  • CPTD (Certified Professional in Talent Development)
  • ATD Training Certificate Program Certifications ( Facilitating Training, Training & Facilitation, or Instructional Design)
