Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Learning Difficulties Teacher based in Jeddah.
Responsibilities include designing and delivering tailored lesson plans for students with learning difficulties, utilizing effective teaching strategies to support diverse learning needs, and fostering a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
The teacher will collaborate with parents, counselors, and other educators to monitor and support student progress, while also providing training sessions and resources to enhance the learning experience for students with special needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Lesson Planning and creating individualized educational programs
- Strong foundation in Education, with an understanding of learning difficulties and special education methodologies
- Effective Communication skills to engage with students, parents, and colleagues
- Experience in Teaching and training individuals or groups
- Patience, empathy, and a collaborative approach to working with students and families
- Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Teaching certifications in special education or experience in a similar role is highly beneficial
