We are seeking a **Learning & Development Specialist** to design, coordinate, and support training initiatives that enhance employee skills, engagement, and organizational performance.

What You'Ll Do
- Design, coordinate, and support learning and development programs.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify development opportunities.
- Develop training materials, presentations, and learning resources.
- Facilitate workshops, professional development sessions, and training programs.
- Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
- Monitor training effectiveness and evaluate learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with managers and stakeholders to align learning strategies with business goals.
- Manage learning schedules, training records, and participant documentation.
- Research industry trends and recommend innovative learning solutions.
- Support onboarding, employee engagement, and workforce development activities.
- Prepare reports and metrics related to training participation and performance.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.
Requirements
- Experience in learning and development, training coordination, human resources, education, organizational development, or related fields.
- Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills.
- Ability to develop engaging training content and learning materials.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
- Experience managing multiple learning initiatives and deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management systems is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of talent development, employee engagement, or workforce training programs is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred.
