Hiring: Learning & Development Manager (United Arab Emirates)
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Learning & Development Manager to join our team in the United Arab Emirates.
Job Type
- Full-Time
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement company-wide learning and development strategies
- Conduct training needs analysis and identify skills gaps across departments
- Design, coordinate, and deliver leadership development and employee training programs
- Manage onboarding, succession planning, and career development initiatives
- Oversee Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
- Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI through KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with department leaders to build workforce capabilities
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or HR roles
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
- Experience managing training programs, workshops, and e-learning platforms
- Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
- Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
- Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or equivalent are advantageous
