Responsibilities

• Develop and implement company-wide learning and development strategies
• Conduct training needs analysis and identify skills gaps across departments
• Design, coordinate, and deliver leadership development and employee training programs
• Manage onboarding, succession planning, and career development initiatives
• Oversee Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms
• Evaluate training effectiveness and measure ROI through KPIs and performance metrics
• Collaborate with department leaders to build workforce capabilities
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or HR roles
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning methodologies
• Experience managing training programs, workshops, and e-learning platforms
• Excellent communication, presentation, coaching, and facilitation skills
• Strong project management and stakeholder management abilities
• Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, ATD, or equivalent are advantageous
