Responsibilities

• Design and implement learning and development (L&D) strategies aligned with business goals
• Conduct training needs analysis across departments and job functions
• Develop leadership development, onboarding, and upskilling programs
• Manage internal and external training providers and learning platforms
• Evaluate training effectiveness through KPIs, feedback, and performance metrics
• Support talent development, succession planning, and career progression frameworks
• Promote a strong learning culture across the organization
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify capability gaps and development priorities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or HR Training roles
• Strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning principles, and training methodologies
• Experience with LMS platforms and digital learning tools
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Professional certifications (CIPD, ATD, SHRM, or equivalent) are an advantage
