Learning & Development Manager

Strong experience designing and delivering operational L&D in multi‑site hospitality

Confident coach with the ability to influence managers and drive cultural change

Skilled in e‑learning development and blended learning approaches

Comfortable leading others and supporting learning ambassadors across multiple sites

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Someone who enjoys being hands‑on, visible and connected to the operation

This is a 12‑month FTC with regular UK travel and occasional European support. You’ll report to the Director of People Development and play a key role in shaping learning across a fast‑growing, premium business.
