The Learning and Development Manager will develop and implement learning strategies to strengthen employee capabilities and support organizational growth.
The role collaborates with department leaders to align learning objectives with business priorities and improve employee engagement.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs, design development programs, and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Oversee learning resources and monitor development outcomes.
- Promote continuous professional development and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Introduce training solutions that encourage knowledge sharing and enhance organizational performance.
- Collaborate with department leaders to align learning objectives with business priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of learning and development principles; able to identify training needs and develop learning strategies.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training tools.
- Able to evaluate training outcomes, recommend improvements, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage multiple initiatives while maintaining quality.
