Learning & Development Manager

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs for faculty and staff.
• Design, implement, and evaluate professional learning programs.
• Develop instructional materials and learner-centered curricula.
• Manage learning initiatives and platforms, track participation, and report outcomes.
• Coordinate workshops and coaching sessions.
• Align learning programs with school goals.
• Track outcomes through data and feedback and refine programs for continuous improvement.
• Support leadership teams in building a culture of continuous professional growth.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in training and development to design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs.
• Experience in learning management, including platform management, participation tracking, and outcome reporting.
• Proficiency in instructional design for engaging, learner-centered content and curricula.
• Background in leadership development.
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field; an advanced degree is an advantage.
• Experience in K–12 or school-based environments and familiarity with professional development best practices.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to use data and feedback to refine programs and support continuous improvement.

Work arrangement

• Hybrid work arrangement combines on-site collaboration at the school with flexible work-from-home arrangements.
