Role Description

Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning and development strategies that support employee growth, organizational capability building, and business objectives.

Assess training needs, identify skill gaps, and develop comprehensive learning programs, workshops, and development initiatives that enhance employee performance and professional development.

Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to align learning solutions with organizational goals and workforce planning requirements.

Monitor training effectiveness through performance metrics, feedback analysis, and learning outcomes to ensure continuous improvement and measurable impact.

Drive talent development, leadership training, succession planning, and organizational learning initiatives that foster a culture of continuous learning, engagement, and high performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, Education, Management, or a related field. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities with exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills. Advanced knowledge of learning and development methodologies, instructional design principles, training needs analysis, and talent development frameworks. Proficiency in learning management systems (LMS), training platforms, reporting tools, and performance measurement systems. Excellent presentation, facilitation, and coaching skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences and support employee development across all organizational levels. Strong project management capabilities with experience leading training programs, change initiatives, and workforce development projects. Knowledge of leadership development, competency frameworks, performance management, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness is highly advantageous.
