Role description
Develop and implement learning strategies that strengthen employee capabilities and support organizational growth.

Responsibilities
- Identify training needs, design development programs, coordinate learning initiatives, and evaluate training effectiveness.
- Promote continuous professional development and improve employee engagement.
- Oversee learning resources, monitor development outcomes, and introduce solutions that encourage knowledge sharing and improve organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
