Responsibilities
- Identify learning and employee development needs; develop training strategies and structured programs.
- Coordinate educational programs, develop training materials, and manage learning initiatives.
- Support leadership development and monitor participation, outcomes, and training effectiveness.
- Gather feedback, identify improvements, and keep learning initiatives relevant and engaging.
