We're looking for a passionate
Learning & Development Manager
to design impactful learning programs, develop future leaders, and build a culture of continuous learning across the organization.
💼 What You'll Do
📚 Design and deliver learning & development programs
🎯 Create leadership and career development initiatives
👥 Identify training needs across the business
📈 Evaluate learning effectiveness and employee performance
🤝 Partner with managers to support talent development
💻 Manage e-learning platforms and training resources
🌱 Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth

✅ Requirements
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field
📚 Experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, Training, or HR
🎯 Strong instructional design and facilitation skills
📊 Ability to analyze training outcomes and business needs
🗣️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
🇦🇺 Must be based in Australia
