- Develop and implement learning and development strategies
- Design and deliver training programs and workshops
- Identify organizational learning needs
- Lead leadership and talent development initiatives
- Manage onboarding and employee development programs
- Evaluate training effectiveness and learning outcomes
- Partner with HR and business leaders
- Promote a culture of continuous learning

- ā REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in Learning & Development, Training, or HR
- Strong facilitation and presentation skills
- Leadership and coaching abilities
- Training program design experience
- Project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
