The Learning & Development Manager develops and implements learning strategies to strengthen employee capabilities and support organizational growth.
Responsibilities
- Identify training needs, design development programs, and coordinate learning initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness, monitor development outcomes, and recommend improvements.
- Align learning objectives with business priorities in collaboration with department leaders.
- Promote continuous development, improve employee engagement, and oversee learning resources.
- Introduce training solutions that encourage knowledge sharing and improve organizational performance.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, leadership, organizational, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Good understanding of learning and development principles and ability to identify training needs.
- Able to develop learning strategies, evaluate outcomes, recommend improvements, and manage multiple initiatives while maintaining quality.
- Strong planning, coordination, problem-solving, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and digital training tools.
- Creative mindset and commitment to continuous learning.
